Jessica Marasa is the Principal and Founder of JM Consulting, a firm dedicated to helping global organizations of all sizes improve operations, solve problems, and develop strategies around their most challenging issues. With two decades of experience in the Legal, Forensic Psychology, Trust & Safety, and Law Enforcement Response fields, Jessica brings a deep passion and a unique skill set to her work.

Jessica's expertise lies in handling egregious harms such as terrorism and violent extremism, crimes against children, threats of harm (to others, self and businesses), as well as engaging with law enforcement entities around the globe. As a mental health champion, she also guides the creation of employee wellness programs and internal company safety protocols. Her commitment to collaboration, innovation, and social impact drives her to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the teams with whom she works.

Previously, she served as the Senior Director of Global Law Enforcement Response at Twitch. In this role, she led an international team of professionals managing all aspects of law enforcement requests and egregious harms investigation and critical response. She developed and implemented policies, procedures, and best practices for responding to emergencies and high-risk situations.
